Hand-plaited palm fans for an outdoor summer ceremony. Functional, and they photograph well. Heat-pressing in Narsingdi, Bangladesh, by the Meghna Leaf Press. Because it is made by hand from a plant rather than moulded from a compound, small differences in colour, weave and dimension are normal and are not faults. Home compostable in 60-90 days.
